How to Play
1. Choose a Tournament
Start by selecting a tournament from the home page or browse all upcoming events in the tournaments section. Each tournament has its own rules, scoring system, and player selection requirements.
2. Create Your Team
Click the "Create Team" button on a tournament while registration is open. Your roster, remaining budget, and the player market are shown in the team builder.
Use the competition selector to create a public Hyzerleague team or a separate team for one of your leagues. When another team is available for the tournament, you can copy its eligible players into the selected competition.
3. Select Players
Player Market
Use the Player Market below your roster to add or remove players. Search by name, filter by division, hide players you cannot afford, or sort the table by player or price.
The same roster-and-market flow is used on mobile and desktop.
Remove a player with the remove control on their roster slot or the minus button in the Player Market.
Captain
You'll also need to select a captain. The team receives the captain's normal fantasy points plus another half of their score, rounded down.
Team Requirements
Each tournament has specific requirements for:
- Number of players from each division
- Total team budget
You must meet these requirements to complete your team. The requirements are clearly shown in the team creation interface.
4. Save Your Team
Once you've selected your players, click the "Create Team" button to save your team.
Name Your Team
Enter the team name shown for you on leaderboards. Your saved name is prefilled when you build another team.
View Your Team
You can then view your team in the team section. You can also edit your team at any time before the tournament registration closes, by changing the players.
5. Watch the Tournament and Follow Results
Your team is all set, go watch the tournament and cheer on your players!
When a tournament round finishes, you can find the results of your team on the tournament's "View Team" page, accessible from the tournament card.
You can follow the leaderboard to see how your team is doing against other teams and the performance of all players in the tournament on the tournament's "Results" page, also accessible from the tournament card.
